AI Engineer

About the RoleWe are looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that drive real business outcomes. You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to build intelligent systems integrated with enterprise platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop machine learning and AI models for real-world business use casesBuild and deploy scalable AI solutions using cloud platforms and modern data architecturesWork with large datasets to train, validate, and optimize modelsIntegrate AI/ML models into production systems, APIs, and applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutionsMonitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiencyStay updated with advancements in AI, GenAI, and data technologiesRequired Skills & Experience3–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related rolesStrong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)Experience with machine learning, deep learning, and NLP conceptsHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience in deploying models using APIs, Docker, or KubernetesSolid understanding of data engineering concepts and pipelinesFamiliarity with SQL and working with large-scale dataPreferred QualificationsExperience with Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures)Knowledge of tools like Databricks, Snowflake, or MLflowExposure to MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesExperience working in consulting or client-facing rolesUnderstanding of business domains such as retail, supply chain, or finance
