About the role We think the biggest problem facing organisations above a certain size is not having the wrong strategy, but being unable to take it from the hands and heads of senior leaders into the people that can act on it.Closing this gap between theory and execution is why STRGY exists. We keep the team small and scale the AI, which means everybody here has to be a multiplier. This role is where somebody starts out working that way.You start on testing: going through the product looking for bugs and fixing the small ones yourself. It is the quickest way to learn how the product is put together, and the work needs doing. From there you take on the internal tools the team runs on, and then product work itself. All of it is built with AI tools, Claude Code mostly, from your first week. What we want from you is a view on what should be built, and the judgement to tell whether what comes back is any good. The hours fit around studies or whatever else you have on. There is no fixed end date, and how fast you move through those stages is down to you. What you'll do Start on the product itself: go through it looking for bugs, write them up so somebody else can act on them, and fix the small ones yourselfTake over the internal tools the team runs on, and decide how they should workGrow into product work, including a say in what we buildThroughout: build with AI tools, the way the rest of the team does What we're looking for You build things without being asked. A Discord bot, a game, a scraper, a script that saved you ten minutes a week. It does not have to be finished or good. You have taste in software. You can point at a product you think is well made and say what makes it so, and you will have something to say about what you would change in ours. You are ambitious about what you want to build, and impatient to have people using it.No degree requirement and no minimum years. Students, self-taught people, and anybody two years into something that is not working. What success looks like You are running your own corner of the product: you decide what it should do, you build it, and the rest of the team relies on it. The team and culture We're building the workplace we've always wanted for ourselves. Professional and relaxed at the same time, ambitious without the ego. We move fast and expect a lot, and we trust people to own their work and run with it. We're building this team to spend years together. Compensation Paid, part-time to start.
