About The Role
We are looking for experienced Airtable Specialists to complete, review, and document practical workflows involving workflow automation, data management, and business operations.
You’ll use Airtable to build and manage structured databases, organize information, automate processes, and demonstrate practical workflows across product, project, and operational use cases. No prior AI experience is required.
What You’ll Do
Complete and review realistic workflows within Airtable.Explore Airtable features and identify practical real-world use cases.Create and manage bases, tables, views, fields, records, and relationships.Configure and use Airtable automations, forms, interfaces, and relevant integrations.Demonstrate how Airtable can support product management, project management, and operational workflows.Design efficient approaches to organizing and managing information.Review workflows for usability, accuracy, and practical application.Document the steps required to complete Airtable workflows clearly and accurately.Provide feedback on whether workflows and instructions reflect realistic Airtable usage.
What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on experience using Airtable in a professional environment.Experience creating and managing Airtable bases and workflows.Practical understanding of workflow design and data organization.Familiarity with Airtable automations, views, forms, interfaces, and integrations.Experience using Airtable for product management, project management, business operations, or similar workflows.Ability to clearly explain processes, workflows, and configuration decisions.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to independently explore Airtable features and complete practical tasks.
Preferred Experience
Experience designing or improving automated business workflows.Experience managing structured business data within Airtable.Experience documenting operational or product workflows.Ability to evaluate whether a workflow is efficient, realistic, and aligned with common business practices.
