Application Packager (Juriba)

My client are looking for an experienced Juriba Specialist to join my clients team and take ownership of the setup, configuration, and delivery of a Juriba environment. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Juriba, including establishing and configuring the environment, onboarding application data, and carrying out application packaging and application readiness activities within Juriba. This is an excellent opportunity for a specialist who can work independently, bring strong technical expertise, and help establish a robust and scalable Juriba capability. Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and configure the Juriba environment from the ground up.Configure Juriba to meet project and business requirements.Establish application and device data structures within the platform.Import, cleanse, validate, and maintain application estate data.Perform application packaging activities within Juriba.Assess applications and determine packaging, deployment, compatibility, and remediation requirements.Create and maintain application records, dependencies, and associated metadata.Support application rationalisation and readiness activities.Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and other Juriba functionality as required.Integrate Juriba with relevant data sources and existing tooling.Troubleshoot configuration and data issues.Work closely with application, infrastructure, EUC, security, and project teams.Produce technical documentation covering the Juriba configuration, processes, and operational procedures.Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams and support the transition into business-as-usual operations. Essential Skills & ExperienceProven hands-on experience working with Juriba / Juriba DPC.Experience setting up and configuring a Juriba environment.Strong understanding of application packaging and application lifecycle management.Experience managing application estates and application readiness assessments.Understanding of application dependencies, compatibility, deployment requirements, and remediation.Experience working with application and infrastructure data.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience documenting technical solutions and processes. Desirable ExperienceExperience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and/or Microsoft Intune.Knowledge of Windows application packaging technologies such as MSI, MSIX and App-V.Experience with PowerShell and scripting.Experience supporting Windows 10/11 migrations or transformation programmes.Experience with application rationalisation and portfolio management.Knowledge of desktop/application modernisation and EUC transformation.Experience integrating Juriba with other enterprise platforms and data sources.
