Position: Arabic expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $16–$18/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 1–2 hours total
Role Responsibilities
Complete 10 test calls with the CX agent, following the prompts and scenarios provided.Conduct 10 QA reviews of calls, assessing accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness.Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience.Work independently to ensure high-quality evaluations and feedback.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Native Arabic speaker.Prior data annotation experience.Able to place calls to an EU, UK, or US phone number.Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality.Available to start immediately.
