Join Transcom as an AX & CX Implementation Specialist!The AX & CX Implementation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the seamless deployment and ongoing success of AX and CX solutions, with a specific focus on AI, through a standardized, end-to-end implementation framework.In this role you will:Deliver core value to the business by mitigating technical risksEnsure that every solution is optimized for the client’s specific requirementsProvide rigorous post-implementation support and maintain project documentationGuarantee operational stability and long-term scalability for the digital portfolioWork within an integrated structure that fosters close cross-departmental collaboration throughout the entire project lifecycle.Lead deep-dive sessions with clients and stakeholders to gather comprehensive technical and functional requirements for AX and CX solutionsAct as a "Digital Champion," translating business goals into clear technical specifications to ensure effective implementationManage the full project lifecycle, from initial kickoff and scoping to the final "Go/No-Go" decision and production implementationManage internal and external customer relationships (Sales, Operations and Third-Party Vendors) to ensure alignment and project buy-in What's in it for YOU!Opportunity to work in a remote work model from anywhere in EMEAFlexible work scheduleLife-work balanceCorporate benefits and discounts To be successful in this role, the following is needed:Experience as a Business Analyst, Insights Specialist, AX/CX Solutions Specialist, Training and/or Quality Manager or Team Leader (Ops or IT)Advanced training in Artificial Intelligence and its practical applicationsProven experience in AX and CX solutions and the end-to-end implementation of AX/CX-related tools and platformsA blend of technical skills and ability to communicate across a range of stakeholdersAbility to take ownership of tasks or projects and problem-solve issues as they ariseEnglish verbal and written C1 levelKnowledge of additional languages is considered an asset based on regional client needs The closing date for applications is Tuesday 6th October 2026.Please include a full CV, in English, with your application.
