Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Information Management to strengthen a team working with the migration, rollout, management, and development of a customer document management system.The Business Analyst will primarily be responsible for understanding business requirements and working together with technical teams to break these requirements down into development-ready user stories.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and understand business needs and requirements.Gather, structure, document, and manage requirements.Translate business requirements into actionable and development-ready stories together with technical teams.Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication across business and IT.Support business implementations and organizational change initiatives.Plan and facilitate workshops.Contribute to the development, rollout, and ongoing management of document management solutions.Work with information management and information governance.Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong business analysis capabilities.Solid experience in requirements management and documentation.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience with business implementations and change management.Knowledge of document management and information governance.Experience planning and conducting workshops.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.Responsible and structured working approach.Swedish citizenship.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience working at Saab or another large enterprise.Experience using Caspian or Livelink as an end user.Experience with Jira.Experience working in Agile environments/methodologies.About the TeamYou will be part of Group IT and Service Area Shared and Corporate, responsible for the development and management of applications used by various support functions.The team is involved in:Designing technical solutions.Daily application operations.Process and system improvements.Deliveries and releases.Collaboration with customers and suppliers.Development and maintenance of business-critical applications.
