Business Development Manager

Role Overview We are hiring a senior level freight forwarding sales professional based in Western Europe. This role is designed for candidates who already manage direct shipper (BCO) accounts with active cargo moving from Asia to Europe, and who are able to transfer and grow those customers. ResponsibilitiesManage and develop direct shipper (BCO) customers in Western EuropeCore trade lane: Asia → EuropeSell Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL) and/or Air Freight solutionsOwn the full sales cycle: client development, pricing, negotiation, contract closingCoordinate with Asia based pricing and operations teamsFull responsibility for personal gross profit results Qualifications3–8+ years of experience in international freight forwarding salesExisting direct shipper portfolio (not agent only or forwarder only)Proven business on Asia–Europe trade lanesStrong knowledge of Western European shipper marketAbility to work independently and close deals end to endFluent in English (local European language is a plus)
