Business Process Consultant at BairesDev In this role, you'll bring a strong consulting background to map business processes tied to application modernization efforts. You’ll work directly with clients to understand and document how legacy and mainframe-class systems operate before they're re-architected into modern cloud platforms. This is your opportunity to apply your consulting expertise to high-impact modernization projects where process understanding drives technical success. What You'll Do:

• Consult with clients to map business processes related to application modernization initiatives.- Apply systems engineering principles to analyze and document complex workflows.- Deliver project-based, client-facing consulting engagements.- Lead requirements gathering sessions to ensure accurate and actionable process documentation.

• 5+ years of experience in business process mapping.- Strong background in systems engineering.- Consulting or professional services background with project-based, client-facing delivery experience.- Experience with application modernization, re-architecting legacy or mainframe-class systems into modern cloud platforms targeting Java, Go, or .NET.- Strong requirements gathering skills.- Advanced proficiency in English.
