About the roleThis is a fixed-term position with good potential for an extension.As Category Manager at NordicFeel Group, you will have broad commercial responsibility for developing and driving your category, with a clear focus on profitable growth. You will be responsible for the assortment and work closely with suppliers and brands to develop the business through negotiations, campaigns, launches and marketing investments.You will identify the key drivers within your category, spot new business opportunities and turn them into concrete initiatives together with suppliers and internal teams.You will be part of the commercial team and report to the Head of Assortment. The category team currently consists of four Category Managers responsible for areas including skincare, haircare, makeup and fragrance. Your main responsibilities will include:Drive and develop your category with a focus on sales, profitability and growthOwn the category assortment and continuously develop the offering based on commercial and customer potentialBuild and develop long-term relationships with suppliers and brandsLead supplier negotiations regarding commercial terms, pricing and marketing investmentsIdentify and sell marketing and activation opportunities to suppliersPlan campaigns, product launches and other sales-driving activitiesAnalyse sales, margins, assortment and category performance to identify new business opportunitiesMonitor the market, customer behaviour and relevant trends to continuously develop the categoryCollaborate closely with purchasing, pricing, sales and other parts of the organisation Your backgroundWe are looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset who thrives in a role with a high degree of ownership. You have a solid understanding of the e-commerce business, are confident in negotiations and have experience developing commercial relationships with external partners.You are analytical and comfortable using data to support decisions, while also being a strong communicator and relationship builder. We would like you to have:A relevant university degree, preferably in Business Management, Business Administration or a related fieldAt least three years of experience in a similar position, such as Category Manager, Key Account Manager or an equivalent commercial roleExperience from e-commerce is required, together with a strong understanding of the e-commerce business and the drivers of sales and profitabilityExperience independently leading negotiations with suppliers or partnersStrong business acumen and a clear commercial driveStrong analytical skills and experience working with data and relevant KPIsA good understanding of digital marketing and how campaigns, visibility and activations drive commercial resultsFluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken Experience from beauty, fashion, lifestyle or related industries is considered an advantage, as is an interest in beauty and the trends shaping the market. We also value curiosity about AI and how new tools can be used to develop ways of working and drive the business forward. Location & start dateThe position is based at NordicFeel Group’s headquarters in central Stockholm. This is a fixed-term position with good potential for an extension. Start date by agreement.
