🔍 We’re Hiring: CEO / Country Manager | CASP | FinlandDemire Group is hiring on behalf of a Finnish client company currently in the process of obtaining a CASP licence.We are looking for an experienced CEO / Country Manager who can take responsibility for the local entity and support its development through the licensing stage and into full operations.At the current stage, the company’s activity is very limited, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable with a part-time and flexible engagement initially. Following the successful receipt of the required licence, the company is expected to scale its operations, with the role and level of involvement growing accordingly.This is a good opportunity for an experienced financial services, fintech, crypto, or compliance professional who is looking for a flexible leadership role with the potential to develop into a more substantial position. 🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesAct as CEO / Country Manager and provide leadership for the Finnish entityOversee the company’s activities and ensure appropriate governance and management of the local businessSupport the company throughout the CASP licensing process and preparation for the launch of operationsCoordinate with shareholders, management, legal, compliance, and other external advisorsEnsure the company operates in accordance with applicable Finnish and EU regulatory requirementsSupport the implementation of internal policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and operational processesMaintain oversight of regulatory, operational, and business matters relevant to the Finnish entityAct as a key point of contact for relevant stakeholders and, where applicable, regulatory authoritiesSupport the development of the business strategy and operating modelOversee the transition from the current limited-activity stage to full operational activity following licensingAs the business grows, take on increased responsibility for the local team, operations, and overall business development 🎯 RequirementsProven experience in a senior management, CEO, Country Manager, Managing Director, or similar leadership positionExperience in fintech, financial services, payments, crypto, digital assets, or another regulated industryGood understanding of the MiCA regulatory framework and CASP business environmentFamiliarity with regulatory licensing, governance, and operating requirements in Finland and/or the EUExperience working with regulators, professional advisors, or other relevant stakeholders is an advantageStrong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of responsibilitiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English and FinnishRelevant higher education in finance, business, economics, law, or a related field 💼 What’s OfferedFlexible part-time engagement during the licensing and pre-operational stageCompensation based on experience, qualifications, and level of involvementOpportunity to take a leadership role in a Finnish CASP businessPotential for the role and level of involvement to grow significantly following receipt of the licenceOpportunity to shape the company’s governance, operations, and development from an early stageDirect exposure to the development of a regulated digital asset businessFlexible working arrangements 📩 Interested?Apply via LinkedIn or contact us to discuss the opportunity in more detail.#Hiring #CEO #CountryManager #MiCA #CASP #Crypto #DigitalAssets #Fintech #Compliance #Finland #FintechJobs
