Role: Change Manager (Technical Projects)Location Preference: SwedenExperience Required: 5+ YearsEmployment Type: Contract/Fixed term contract About the role:We are looking for an experienced Change Manager with a strong track record of delivering successful change initiatives across complex technical environments. A skilled professional who can drive organizational change, engage stakeholders, and ensure seamless adoption of technology-driven transformations. Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute end-to end change management activities for technical transformation projects.Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business objectives.Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments and identify organizational risks.Drive stakeholder engagement and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.Create and deliver clear technical and colleague communications to support change adoption.Partner with project teams to ensure strategic alignment between business goals and change initiatives.Develop colleague experience strategies that enhance engagement and support successful project outcomes.Monitor change readiness, adoption, and effectiveness throughout project delivery. Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience as a practicing Change Manager supporting technical or technology transformation projects.Strong expertise in: Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Change Impact Assessments, Strategic Planning & Alignment, Technical and Business Communications, Project Management.Prosci Certification (or equivalent Change Management certification) is required.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or business integration projects is highly desirable. Preferred Candidate ProfileBased in Sweden (preferred).Proven ability to work in fast-paced, complex enterprise environments.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
