Job title: Clinical Sales Specialist, Neuroscience and Therapy Job description: We are now seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to join our HQ team in Finland. As a key member of the commercial team, you will drive the growth of Nexstim's therapy and neuroscience business through direct customer engagement and distributor partnerships across Finland, Europe, and later in selected Asian markets. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales within therapy and neuroscience business areas and developing relationships with customers and distributors. A key responsibility is managing and developing our international therapy and neuroscience distributor network and driving growth in the strategic markets. We are looking for a motivated and curious individual who is passionate about neuroscience and eager to develop commercial skills. Whether your background is in research, clinical practice, applications support, or sales, we value a proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.This is a full-time, permanent position based primarily on-site in Vallila, Helsinki. The position requires frequent domestic and international travel (up to 50%) to customer sites, conferences and business partners. Your tasks are (but not limited to): Drive sales growth through distributor networks and direct customer engagement across Finland, Europe, and selected Asian markets.Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and achieve sales targets.Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and customer evaluations.Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, researchers, distributors, and key stakeholders.Provide clinical and neuroscience expertise to support customer decision-making and product adoption.Support installations, training, and customer onboarding in collaboration with Technical Service and Clinical teams.Support existing customers and distributors in day-to-day commercial and operational activities.Participate in leading congresses, exhibitions, and scientific meetings.Coordinate customer discussions related to IT connectivity, networking, and system integration.Use and continuous development of the Salesforce CRM platform to support sales activities, customer relationship management, and commercial processes. We expect you to have: Degree in Health Sciences, Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing,Psychology or another relevant fieldAbility to build and maintain professional relationships with clinicians, researchers, distributors, and other stakeholders.Willingness to learn sales, distributor management, and business development in an international environment.Comfortable delivering product demonstrations, supporting customer training, and participating in installations after appropriate training.Willingness to travel frequently within your assigned territory and internationally when requiredFluency in Finnish and English; German language skills are welcome and beneficial, but not essential.
