Communications Project Manager

We're looking for a Communications Project Manager who brings a balanced combination of Corporate Communications and Project Management experience. The ideal candidate has successfully led communication strategies while managing technology or business transformation initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive stakeholder engagement, change adoption, and project delivery. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience supporting technology, digital transformation, or enterprise initiatives, combining strong communication skills with structured project management and Agile practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated communication and stakeholder engagement strategies for cybersecurity, technology, and business transformation programs.Serve as the Communications Lead, Project Manager, and Scrum Master to ensure successful planning, execution, and adoption.Translate complex technical, cybersecurity, risk, and compliance topics into clear communications for business and executive stakeholders.Coordinate cross-functional teams, Product Owners, SMEs, delivery teams, and business leaders.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.Manage project plans, communication deliverables, risks, dependencies, milestones, action items, and status reporting.Prepare executive presentations, leadership updates, FAQs, talking points, readiness materials, and stakeholder communications.Monitor communication effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, project readiness, and delivery health.
