Composite Production Technician / Laminator Type: Full-TimeEmployment Type: PermanentLocation: EuropeStart Date: Immediate and throughout 2026/2027Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience About the Role:Aeropeople is supporting a leading high-performance automotive manufacturer with the recruitment of Composite Production Technicians / Composite Laminators for projects across Europe, with both immediate and future start dates available. We are looking for experienced composite professionals with a minimum of 2 years' relevant hands-on experience in composite manufacturing, laminating, fitting, trimming, extraction or assembly. Candidates from automotive, motorsport, aerospace, marine or other precision engineering environments are welcome to apply. You will work in a fast-paced production environment, manufacturing and assembling composite components for advanced high-performance vehicle programmes. Full client-specific training and familiarisation will be provided to successful candidates to ensure they are fully prepared for the required processes, procedures and production standards.
