We create elevated skincare with melanin-rich skin in mind and made for every shade.We’re looking for a creative Social Media & Content Intern to help us build a strong and consistent content engine across TikTok, Instagram and paid social. The RoleThis is a hands-on creative role. You’ll take ideas from concept to finished content: spotting trends, filming, editing, publishing, testing and learning from performance.We want someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling and can turn one idea or shoot into multiple pieces of content with different hooks, cuts, formats and angles.You’ll create for both organic social and paid ads, understanding that each requires a different approach. Most importantly, you bring your own ideas, taste and perspective. What You’ll Do Concept, film and edit TikToks, Reels, Stories and paid social content.Create strong hooks and understand pacing, cuts, sound, text and storytelling.Turn one concept or shoot into multiple creative variations for testing.Spot trends early and translate them into something relevant for Melyon.Create platform-native content rather than simply resizing the same idea.Follow performance, including watch time, retention, engagement and click-through rate, and use thoseinsights to improve the next piece of content.Help build a consistent content bank so we always have strong creative ready to publish and test.Work quickly from idea to execution without losing the quality or identity of the brand.Use AI and creative tools to make research, ideation and production faster and smarter. Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone with an “I can and I will” attitude. Someone who takes action, figures things out and turns ideas into something real.You don’t wait to be told every next step. If you see a trend, opportunity or idea worth testing, you act on it.Great taste is essential. You have a strong visual eye and naturally follow what’s happening across fashion, beauty, skincare, interiors, art, music, design and culture.You understand trends, but you also know how to filter them. You know the difference between something that is simply popular and something that actually feels right for Melyon.You should be confident filming and editing short-form content and comfortable with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar. You understand TikTok and Instagram naturally and know why some content makes people stop while other content gets ignored. What You’ll Get You won’t be watching from the sidelines. Your work will go live.You’ll have creative freedom, real responsibility and the opportunity to influence how Melyon grows across social and paid media.You’ll work closely with the founding team and gain hands-on experience in content, performance creative, brand building and social strategy.The role is flexible, with access to our workspace at A-House Ark and the possibility to grow with Melyon beyond the internship.
