The opportunityWe're hiring a Content Lead for one of the fastest-growing personal brands on Instagram: 1.6 million followers and counting. The brand sits behind a coaching business that teaches everyday people how to build faceless YouTube channels, and its students now generate over 100 million views and $500,000+ in AdSense revenue every month. Instagram is the engine behind all of it, and they're looking for someone to help take it further: more content, more formats, better performance on every single post. What you'll doStudy other creators, personal brands, and content formats, and work out what can be adapted for this brand.Pitch ideas daily: once something's approved, run with it: write the hook and headline, draft the copy, or put together a rough edit.Push posts far enough that they're real. You won't necessarily finish every one yourself, but you'll get it there.Own your numbers: content performance feeds directly into your pay.This isn't a scheduling-and-posting role, and it isn't hands-off strategy either. You pitch it, you build it. Who we're looking forYou've done one of the following, and can prove it:Worked on a large personal brand and can show clear examples of content you contributed to; ideas you pitched, content you shaped or made.Ran content for a smaller personal brand (roughly 300k+ followers) where you were the one actually driving it. Beyond the résumé, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys studying content, can defend their ideas when questioned, and takes real pride in their work!
