The ideal candidate will have a strong reputation with local travel agents and a solid understanding of the online travel business. The Country Manager will be responsible for driving the commercial growth and overall business performance across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. The role will lead and coordinate an established regional team, ensuring strong collaboration, operational excellence, and the achievement of ambitious commercial objectives across all four markets. Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong commercial and personal relationships between the customers at all levels of business in order to win new opportunities and achieving targetsMarket research, indoor & outdoor customer support, product training and establishment of new business opportunities from A-ZExperience identifying, negotiating and partnering with potential partnersWork closely with internal teams at the headquarter to maximize business opportunities.Renew business opportunities and share knowledge across the organizationNavigate customer's need within the organization to maximize daily productivityRegular reporting to the Regional DirectorJob RequirementsVery ambitious, self-motivated and goal-oriented work style, ability to work under pressure, excellent business communication skills and full independenceStrong experience in Business to Business negotiations and sales managementStrong sales skills and a proven track record in the local travel industryAbility to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and proceduresAbility to travel on duty trips regularly, driving licensePrevious background in Travel industry is a must!
