CRM Implementation Project Manager

Salt are partnered with a customer engagement and marketing technology consultancy, and they are looking for a Technical CRM Implementation Project Manager to join on a contract basis. Location: Remote (Europe)Day Rate: £350-£400 per dayDuration: 1-month rolling contract About the Role: This role will lead delivery across 1-4 concurrent CRM and MarTech implementation projects, managing timelines, dependencies, stakeholder engagement, acceptance criteria and change control through to successful delivery.Working closely with clients, architects and technical teams, you'll ensure projects remain on track, risks are managed proactively, and scope is controlled within fixed-price or gated delivery environments. Requirements: Experience delivering 5+ CRM, CDP or ESP implementations/migrations as a Project Manager on the agency, consultancy or vendor sideExposure to platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, Bloomreach, Adobe Campaign or similarStrong fixed-price and/or gated delivery experienceProven change control and scope management expertiseComfortable managing challenging client conversations around scope, risk and deliveryExperience coordinating technical teams through to client acceptance Nice to Have:Multi-brand or group client experienceExperience working within complex stakeholder environmentsCRM migration experience, including legacy platform decommissioning and consent migration Apply now to find out more.
