Customer Operations Project Manager at atNorth

We are looking for a Customer Operations Project Manager to atNorth, where you will play an important role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

As a Project Manager at atNorth, you will be responsible for driving projects from planning through execution and completion. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high standards of quality, governance and compliance.

You will work cross-functionally and coordinate stakeholders across the organization, ensuring clear communication, effective decision-making and structured project delivery.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain project plans covering timelines, milestones, resources, risks and deliverables.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within approved budget.Manage projects in line with atNorth’s project frameworks and governance requirements.Prepare and present project updates for reviews and key decision points.Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues and change requests.Prepare project budgets, cost estimates and cash-flow forecasts.Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, clarify requirements, secure dependencies and manage expectations.Ensure structured reporting and accurate documentation of project deliverables, risks, decisions and lessons learned.Foster cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing and structured handovers across teams.Identify and manage risks across projects and operational interfaces.Ensure compliance with HSE standards, sustainability targets and relevant regulatory requirements.Contribute to strengthening project management capabilities and developing best practices across the organization.

The role also includes responsibility for preparing business cases and investment requests, managing scope changes and change orders within delegated authority, and prioritizing project resources in alignment with portfolio priorities.

In situations involving critical risks related to safety, compliance, financial exposure or strategic objectives, you will be expected to escalate and, when necessary, suspend project activities.

Your profile

To be successful in this position, you have a proven track record in project management and experience of managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

You are comfortable taking ownership of projects from planning through execution and follow-up, and you have a structured approach to timelines, budgets, risks and deliverables.

You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and are able to build trust and create clarity across different teams and functions. You combine a strategic and analytical mindset with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.

Furthermore, you have experience in areas such as:

Cross-functional project managementStakeholder management and communicationChange managementRisk managementCost and budget managementStrategic thinking and analytical problem-solvingBusiness acumen

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.

Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in the local language is preferred.

Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA is considered an advantage, but is not a requirement.
