Customer Service Lead (German-speaking)

We're looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Lead to own, shape, and grow the German CS team of a fast-growing tech company, based at our Gothenburg office. About the roleAs the company grows in Germany, the customer service team sits at the heart of that growth. You'll have full operational ownership of the German CS team across customer service, claims, and invoicing. At least 60% of your time you're hands-on in the daily work, on chats, calls, and emails, leading by example. You'll partner with the German Operations Lead on strategy and goals, and keep the link between Customer Service and Sales tight, since both teams share ownership of the customer journey.
