Our customers include leading pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, food industry operators and global technology companies. Our headquarters and production facilities are located in Rauma, Finland and Kralovice, Czech Republic, supported by sales and logistics operations across Europe. We are now looking for a Customer Solutions & Sustainability Manager to lead the next phase of our sustainability journey and strengthen our position as a trusted sustainability partner for our customers. Your MissionThis role combines sustainability expertise, customer engagement and business development. You will be responsible for further developing Satatuote's sustainability program while helping our customers achieve their own sustainability objectives through practical and commercially viable solutions. Rather than focusing on compliance alone, your role is to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and translate sustainability into tangible customer value. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and colleagues across sales, product development, quality, procurement and production. The role will be based on Rauma, Finland. Key Responsibilities Customer Collaboration and Sustainability AdvisoryBuild trusted relationships with customer sustainability, procurement and operational teamsAct as Satatuote's sustainability expert in customer discussionsUnderstand customer challenges and develop tailored sustainability solutionsIdentify opportunities to expand circular economy cooperation with existing and new customers Sustainability Program DevelopmentLead and further develop Satatuote's sustainability programEmbed sustainability into company strategy, processes and day-to-day operationsMonitor relevant legislation, market developments and industry trendsSupport sustainability reporting and target setting Circular Economy and Material SolutionsDrive initiatives related to material efficiency, recycling and closed-loop solutionsDevelop scalable customer sustainability processes and service modelsCollaborate with suppliers and procurement on sustainable material alternativesEvaluate value-chain impacts and identify improvement opportunities Project LeadershipLead customer-focused sustainability and development projectsCoordinate cross-functional initiatives across the organizationEnsure effective implementation and follow-through of agreed actions What We Are Looking ForYou may be an excellent fit if you combine sustainability expertise with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
