We're currently looking for a Customer Supply Coordinator Nordics for our office in Stockholm.What's in it for you?Work with well-known consumer healthcare brands sold in 90+ marketsGain broad exposure across Supply Chain, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Sales, and LogisticsTake ownership from day one and make a visible impact on customer performance and service levelsDevelop your career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where continuous improvement is encouraged What you'll be doingAct as the key operational link between customers, customer service, sales, planning teams, and logistics partners across the NordicsManage customer supply performance and support smooth order fulfillment, stock availability, and service excellenceBuild strong relationships with customers and external logistics partners (3PLs), ensuring high service levels and KPI deliveryAnalyze sales, forecast, inventory, and service data to identify risks, opportunities, and improvementsSupport forecasting and S&OP processes together with cross-functional stakeholdersDrive inventory management, product lifecycle activities, and stock clearance initiativesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, availability, and customer satisfaction

Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar Minimum 3 years of experience within Supply Chain, Customer Logistics, Demand Planning, Customer Service, or a related field. Experience managing customer-facing operations and/or third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships Experience working with KPIs, inventory management, forecasting, or S&OP processes Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actions and drive operational improvements Professional communication skills in English; Swedish is considered an advantage Experience from FMCG, Consumer Health, Retail, Consumer Goods, or another fast-paced environment is highly valued A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership, build strong stakeholder relationships, and navigate changing priorities effectively
