As a CX Specialist for North West Europe, you will be a key point of contact for Medit customers and dealers across France, the UK & Ireland, Benelux, and the Nordics, providing technical support, proactively engaging with customers, and helping them get the most value from Medit’s products and solutions. This role combines technical customer support, proactive customer communication, and collaboration with Sales and other teams. In addition to handling incoming requests, you will actively contact customers and dealers by phone to follow up on cases, identify needs, ensure customer satisfaction, and support commercial opportunities when appropriate. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys speaking with customers, solving technical problems, and building long-term relationships. Fluency in English and French is essential, as well as the ability to travel regularly across the region for customer and dealer visits and dental events.

What You’ll Do Provide technical customer support through ticketing systems, email, live chat, and phone.Proactively contact customers and dealers through outbound calls to follow up on cases, check customer satisfaction, and ensure successful product adoption.Provide guidance and training on the use of Medit scanners and software to maximize customer satisfaction and product utilization.Identify customer needs and potential opportunities and collaborate closely with the Sales team when appropriate.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers in the region.Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and within the defined response-time targets.Support Medit at dental exhibitions, events, and other customer-facing activities.Create and update Help Center articles, troubleshooting guides, and other customer support materials.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other teams to share customer insights and continuously improve the customer experience.Maintain accurate customer and case information in internal systems.

What You Bring Previous experience in customer service, customer experience, technical support, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence speaking to customers by phone and in person.Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively engaging with customers and dealers.Fluent in English and French.Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to understand and explain technical products and software in a clear and simple way.Willingness and ability to travel when required.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the dentistry, healthcare, medical technology, SaaS, or other technology industries.Background or experience as a dental technician / dental technologist.Knowledge of digital dentistry, CAD/CAM workflows, intraoral scanning, or dental laboratory workflows.Experience working with CRM, ticketing, ERP, or customer management systems.Experience collaborating with Sales or working in a commercially oriented customer-facing environment.
