Insight Global are seeking an International Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst for a global organisation undergoing a large-scale cybersecurity and regulatory compliance transformation programme across the EMEA region. This position requires fully remote working in EMEA on a contract opportunity. The International Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst will play a key role in a strategic cybersecurity transformation initiative focused on implementing NIS2 compliance across multiple sites throughout the EMEA region. Working within a Global Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) function, this individual will partner with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Engineering, Risk, Legal, and Business Operations teams to assess compliance readiness, identify regulatory gaps, and drive remediation activities. This role will lead NIS2 assessments, conduct audit readiness reviews, evaluate security controls, and work directly with control owners to implement corrective actions. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to both technical and executive stakeholders, translating complex regulatory requirements into practical security and operational controls while tracking compliance metrics and programme maturity. Must-Have Requirements Include:Experience implementing and operationalising NIS2 compliance initiatives.Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) practices.Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), NIST SP 800-171, and/or EASA Part-IS.Experience conducting compliance assessments, audits, and gap analyses.Proven experience managing remediation plans and corrective actions.Ability to work across global, cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.Strong communication skills with experience engaging both technical and executive audiences.Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Plusses Include:Experience with GDPR, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), DORA, or Cyber Essentials Plus.Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.Previous experience within highly regulated industries such as aerospace, manufacturing, transportation, critical infrastructure, or similar sectors.Experience leading multinational compliance programmes across EMEA locations.Project or programme management experience supporting large-scale cybersecurity initiatives.
