We’re looking for a senior Dynamics 365 specialist to lead the functional design and delivery of D365 Project Operations. You’ll work with business stakeholders and technical teams to turn project delivery and financial requirements into a solution that works across the full project lifecycle. What you’ll doLead discovery workshops and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and solution designs.Design processes covering project planning, resourcing, time and expense, project costing, billing and reporting.Own key functional design decisions, identify gaps and recommend practical solutions.Work with technical, integration and data teams to ensure Project Operations fits with the wider D365 landscape.Guide configuration, testing, user acceptance, training and deployment.Advise stakeholders on standard platform capabilities and the implications of customisation. What we’re looking forStrong hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 Project Operations.Experience leading functional design on complex D365 programmes, ideally as a Senior Functional Consultant or Functional Architect.A solid understanding of project accounting and the relationship between operational project processes and finance.The ability to run workshops, challenge requirements constructively and explain design choices to both business and technical audiences.Experience working across integrations, data migration, testing and deployment.
