Position Summary:Manage, oversee and coordinate all aspects of Divisional Projects activities including, but not limited to, the following: Project Management of Divisional Projects, Project planning, qualifying potential business, review of proposals and bookings. Coach, Mentor and train the Project Managers within their team to improve individual skills. Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction in all assigned Divisional accounts. Overall responsibility for execution of contracts – estimated cost vs. actual cost; review of contracts; management of PMs, and subcontractors; planning and scheduling contracts, preparation of revenue and invoicing Forecasts for the team, Contract Costs Analysis and Assist with Final accounts, variations and disputes. Develops procedures collaboratively with the team and engages in regular process reviews.This is a hybrid role that will require frequent travel and overnight stays in Europe. Project Revenue Managed: Multi million Euros Job Responsibilities:1. Manages, oversee’ s and coordinates all aspects of Divisional project activities including, but not limited to, the following: planning, qualifying booked margin, review of proposals and bookings for the team. Coaches, Mentors the Divisional projects team to improve an individual’s skillset and productivity. Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction on all Projects and deliverables within the Division.2. Overall responsibility for execution of contracts – estimated cost vs. actual cost; review ofcontracts; supervision of Managers and subcontractors; planning and scheduling contracts,preparation of invoices, and collections.3. Overall responsibility for the divisional department4. Effectively communicates goals to the Projects team and communicate with the widerorganization as and when required and maintains accurate and up to date job cost records,and other control records necessary for processing of internal and external reports.5. Develops and implements strategies under the guidance of the operations team thatimprove execution and provide additional value to customers in a cost-effective manner.6. Proactively communicates with and seeks feedback from all customers. Seeks tocontinuously improve customer satisfaction. .7. Meets with their and their PM’s customers on a regular basis to ensure that we are providing quality installations and meeting their individual needs.8. Utilizes financial systems to review actual vs. estimated contract costs and to provide timelyand accurate financial reports for both their and their teams Projects.9. Manages individual performance and personal development of assigned ProjectManagement team resources including appraisals along with performance ofsubcontractors and LSP’s.10. Supervises colleagues (typically, Project Managers, Project Specialists, EngineeringSpecialists, Customer Support Specialists, and/or Installers) in a manner that maintainsmorale, skills proficiency and productivity. Assist with Recruitment and hire team membersas required. Managerial responsibilities include but are not limited to: mentoring, coachingand developing colleagues; planning, assigning and directing work; performancemanagement; project budget.11. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required by the operationsmanagement team. Job Skills Requirements:Strong management skills related to Project and People ManagementCustomer Focus – Maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet of the needs and wants of the customerExcellent communication skills both oral and writtenLeadership Orientation – Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model, guide, develop and mentor others within the Divisional Department; Strong team leadership, team building and facilitation skillsInitiative – Engages in proactive behavior and looks for new project opportunitiesAdaptability – Responds effectively to changes in situation or informationStrong financial analytical skills including cost controlExcellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills Education Requirements:Educated in Engineering/Managerial business NVQ or BTec Level or related field or equivalent experience Experience Requirements:Minimum of Two years of previous Senior Project Management, either in service, field or office-based Project Management experienceExperience of Management in one or more of the following industries preferred: Electronic Security, Network/IT.Previous People Management experience Certifications & Licenses:Project Management Institute (PMP/PMI) certification preferred but not essential; industry-specific certifications and/or licenses required; must have valid driver’s license Protective Clothing Required:The position may require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use such as safety glasses, steel-toed shoes or work boots, etc.

Work Environment:The position is a hybrid-based role “home location”, but the position would require frequent site attendance to manage project activities including client meetings, site inspections internal meetings with the appointed Project Manager, supply chain partners and local service providers. Expectation of travel being 2 weeks per month.This will require a considered and structured approach along with other team members who may be required to attend certain projects on rotation in order to comply with statute and EU compliance requirements.
