The Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful technical delivery of projects/initiatives by leading cross-functional teams, managing execution, and maintaining alignment between technical implementation and business objectives.Key Responsibilities Manage prioritized technical initiatives end-to-end—from evaluation through delivery—ensuring continuous monitoring and tracking in partnership with the Technical business leadReport on progress to stakeholders to ensure clear communication and commitment to projects vision and strategy and driven with a business mind-set during execution.Remove blockers and manage critical path activities while implementing iterative delivery approaches to realize value early and maintain project momentumManage complexity in mitigating risks and solving issues within the project on behalf of the technical ownerManage change along the project to ensure a smooth transition to the future state of the project.Be an ambassador for the FDJ values by embodying it in all your work Experience, Knowledge and SkillsA strategic thinker with strong technical background with leadership skills.Must Have:Excellent social skills and the ability to build cross functional relationshipsAbility to drive and coordinate multiple projectsGreat stakeholder communication and presentation skills – able to coordinate and negotiate so all parties feel a fair divisionExcellent understanding of Tech organisational structures and ways of working including development processes and Agile methodologiesBusiness mind-set always driving for value for FDJExcellent attention to detailAbility to build a holistic view Expected BehavioursTake ownership and responsibility for driving prioritised technical projects, ensuring accuracy and on time delivery.
