Delivery Monitoring and Service Claims Coordinator (d/f/m)

For our Order Fulfilment Continental Team we are looking for a Delivery Monitoring and Claims Coordinator (d/f/m) in full-time to join our Professional Hygiene Continental Team.

The job typically reports to the Delivery Monitoring and Service Claims Team Leader.

What You Will Do

Receive and manage all customer service-related claimsAnalyze service claims and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to resolve themExecute the resolution of service claims based on the outcome of the analysisAct as the main point of contact between Customer Service, hauliers, and warehouses to manage delivery issues impacting customersCollaborate with the Supply Service team to align actions that mitigate risks and minimize customer impactCoordinate customer requests with Customer-Facing and Supply Service teams when they may affect warehousing or transportation operations

Experience in logistics operations and claims resolution, particularly within Customer Service and Customer LogisticsStrong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyProven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong conflict resolution skills combined with a solution-oriented and customer-focused mindsetFluent English skills required; additional language skills in French, Italian, Spanish, or another European language are considered an advantageKnowledge of SAP or SAP S/4HANA, as well as C4 or Salesforce, is a plus
