Across the Nordics, demand is shaped by tenders, contracts, launches and changing customer needs. The opportunity is to bring those signals together early, translate them into clear choices and create a healthier balance between product availability and inventory. That is where you come in.

As our Demand & Supply Manager Nordics, you will create one reliable view of demand and supply across Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. You will own the Nordic Sales and Operations Planning cycle, lead a distributed planning team and help move the organization from reactive expediting towards confident, forward-looking decisions.

Your impact

Role

This is not a role where you simply maintain a forecast. You will set the direction for how the Nordics plan, decide and improve. You will:

Own one Nordic demand and supply plan, bringing tender and contract intelligence into the forecast early enough to influence decisions.Lead the full S&OP cycle, from portfolio and demand reviews through supply and management review, with clear monthly decisions and ownership.Take accountability for inventory health, availability and the working-capital effect of the plan, while preventing excess and risk stock from rebuilding.Lead and develop four planners and one analyst across Denmark, Sweden and Finland, creating one way of working that is resilient across countries and absences.Connect sales, category, tender, sourcing, finance, warehouse and transport around the same facts, priorities and actions.

What Will Make You Successful

You combine strong planning craft with practical leadership. You are comfortable moving between item-level detail and senior stakeholder decisions, and you know how to challenge constructively when the numbers tell a different story.

You Are Likely To Bring

8-12 years in supply chain, including at least five years in demand and supply planning or S&OP.Experience owning a full S&OP or IBP cycle and leading a planning team, ideally across more than one country.Strong knowledge of inventory, working capital, forecast quality and excess or obsolete stock.Hands-on experience with an advanced planning system such as Slim4, o9, Kinaxis, SAP IBP or a comparable platform, plus strong Excel or BI skills.Professional English and, preferably, Danish or Swedish.A relevant Bachelor or Master degree. APICS, IBF or an equivalent certification is an advantage.

The scope is genuinely Nordic and the mandate is broad. You will have the space to shape the process while keeping the daily business moving.

You will work closely on standards, tools and the group excess and risk stock process. Your influence will reach well beyond your direct team, so trust, clarity and follow-through will matter as much as technical expertise.
