Job OverviewOur client is looking for a Dental Patient Scheduling Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for patients calling into a busy dental practice, managing appointment scheduling, addressing procedure inquiries, and triaging emergency requests. This is a critical role where you'll be the voice of the practice, ensuring no patient call goes unanswered while working closely with the office manager and clinical team to provide seamless patient care. You'll work remotely using cloud-based practice management software and phone systems, becoming an integral part of a team that values reliability and long-term commitment. Client OverviewOur client is a growing dental practice in Canada serving a large patient base with comprehensive clinical services. They currently operate with a high volume of daily patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and emergency requests that require round-the-clock attention.
