The role Are you someone who enjoys turning business needs into action, bringing the right people together and making sure things actually move forward?We are looking for a Digital Liaison – Logistics (EMEA) to act as a key connection between our Logistics organization in EMEA and our global Digital Solutions Logistics teams.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working close to the business, understanding operational challenges and coordinating the people and activities needed to solve them. You will work closely with Logistics leadership, operations and customer-facing teams across EMEA, helping translate their needs into clear requirements and connecting them with the right Digital teams. What you will be doingBe the main Digital Solutions Logistics contact for Logistics stakeholders across EMEA.Work closely with regional teams to understand operational challenges, customer needs and digital requirements.Turn business needs into clear requirements and help identify the right teams and solutions to address them.Coordinate activities across business, Product, Architecture, Integration, Data and Delivery teams to keep initiatives moving forward.Follow up on actions, dependencies, risks and open issues and make sure the right people are involved when decisions or support are needed.Lead and support a small team of technical and business analysts, helping them prioritize and deliver against regional needs.Work hands-on with requirements, solution discussions, workshops and stakeholder coordination when needed.Support the rollout and adoption of Digital Logistics solutions across the region, including readiness, testing, dependencies, feedback and issue resolution.Work closely with Architecture and Integration teams to ensure existing global platforms, integrations and APIs are considered before new local solutions are developed.Maintain a clear overview of regional demand, ongoing initiatives, customer commitments and priorities.Act as a practical link between regional stakeholders and global Digital teams, helping remove blockers and move initiatives from discussion into action. Your role in the organizationYou will be an important day-to-day connection between EMEA Logistics and Digital Solutions Logistics. The role is highly collaborative and operational. You will spend much of your time working with stakeholders, understanding requirements, coordinating teams, solving issues and following initiatives through to completion. You will not be expected to independently own Product, Architecture or Technology Delivery. Instead, your role is to make sure the right teams are involved, requirements are understood and work progresses effectively across regional and global teams. What we are looking forWe are looking for someone who is practical, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of getting things done. You enjoy working close to both business and technology teams and are comfortable moving between stakeholder discussions, requirements, workshops, follow-ups and problem solving.We believe you will bring:7+ years of experience within Digital, Technology, Logistics, Business Transformation, Product, Business Analysis or a related area.Good understanding of Logistics operations and business processes, ideally in a global or multi-country environment.Experience working between business and technology teams and translating operational needs into clear requirements.Experience driving or coordinating digital or technology initiatives from requirement through implementation.A good understanding of enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations and data.Experience leading, mentoring or coordinating technical and/or business analysis resources.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.A structured and proactive way of working, with the ability to follow through and keep multiple activities moving at the same time.A practical problem-solving mindset and a willingness to get involved in the details when needed.The ability to work effectively across countries, functions and teams without relying on formal authority.Professional proficiency in English. As this is an EMEA-facing role, business travel within the region and occasionally to other locations may be required. You will be successful in the role when:Regional stakeholders know where to turn for Digital Logistics support.Business requirements are clearly understood and connected to the right Digital teams.Initiatives move forward with clear actions, ownership and follow-up.Issues and dependencies are identified and resolved early.Regional Digital resources are focused on the right priorities.Global solutions, platforms and APIs are reused wherever possible.Digital solutions are successfully implemented and adopted across the region.
