As Digital Operations Project Manager, they will plan, initiate, and manage digitalization projects while maintaining and optimizing already implemented solutions. This role serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring projects deliver measurable business value and align with operational objectives. They will lead and guide technical staff through project stages, carefully assessing business implications at each phase while monitoring progress to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets are met. This position combines strong project management expertise with digital transformation knowledge, requiring both strategic planning capabilities and hands-on execution skills to drive successful delivery of digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope and schedule with focus on regular and timely delivery of value. Organize and lead project status and working meetings, prepare and distribute progress reports, manage risks and issues, correct deviations from plans, and perform delivery planning for assigned projects to ensure successful outcomes.Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead and drive IT and digitalization projects throughout the organization, including commissioning and launch projects for digital solutions. Gather business requirements and improvements for cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation.Solution Management & Maintenance: Coordinate activities for managing and maintaining already launched software and systems. Participate in the development and launch of new and existing solutions, ensuring continuous optimization and support for implemented digital tools.Program Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment: Assist and communicate program management timing to drive implementation of manufacturing-related projects. Ensure alignment on deliverables across the organization and serve as liaison between business units and technical teams to maintain transparency and cohesion. Team Development & Process Improvement: Review and support improvements to organizational team structures, assess skills gaps within the team, and lead efforts for capability enhancement. Improve current processes and coordinate business procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity within the team.
