Digital Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Digital Solution Architect to join a global transformation initiative within an international manufacturing organization. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities, designing scalable end-to-end solutions that drive efficiency, standardization, and business value across the enterprise.As a trusted partner to business stakeholders, process architects, and IT teams, you will play a key role in defining and shaping digital products and business solutions that support long-term strategic objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities with a clear focus on business value creationTranslate business and process requirements into scalable digital solution designsDefine functional capabilities, use cases, and solution concepts across processes, data, and technology platformsEnsure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture standards and strategic objectivesManage dependencies across systems, platforms, processes, and data domainsDrive collaboration between business teams, process architects, platform owners, and IT stakeholdersSupport portfolio planning and roadmap development by assessing feasibility, value potential, scalability, and implementation dependenciesContribute to the adoption, utilization, and scaling of digital solutions across the organization Required Skills & ExperienceMaster's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field6+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, or Product Delivery environmentsProven experience designing end-to-end business solutions within complex enterprise organizationsStrong understanding of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNowAbility to connect business objectives with technology solutions and measurable outcomesExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business and IT functionsStrong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsExcellent English communication skills, both written and spoken Nice to HaveExperience within Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or Business Hub organizationsExposure to enterprise-wide transformation programsFamiliarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and governance practices
