Director of Engineering

Engineering Director – Small Modular Reactor Technology* Nordics Our client, one of a number of ambitious SMR developers in the Nordics, is looking for an Engineering Director to lead its plant engineering organisation. You'll take ownership of engineering strategy and quality across the group — spanning process, electrical, I&C, layout, civil and mechanical disciplines, alongside nuclear safety and systems engineering. You'll bridge systems engineering and discipline engineering, and act as a key technical interface with major industrial partners. What we're looking for:

• A background in multidisciplinary engineering, combined with systems engineering practice (configuration and requirements management)- Deep reactor physics knowledge is *not* required — that sits with a separate team- Experience leading teams, or a strong technical lead ready to step up
