Your Responsibilities:Development and delivery of a clear Levy Europe People strategy aligned with growth, operational performance and cultureTrusted, commercially minded advice to the CEO, COO, country and functional leadersMapping of existing HR processes and clarification of ownership and decision rights across Levy Europe, country teams and CompassDesign and implementation of simple, consistent core processes, with onboarding and the employee journey as early prioritiesCreation of clear structures, roles and ways of working, and strengthening of leadership capability, accountability and performanceIntroduction of practical talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development, building on a strong recruiting foundationLeadership and development of the European People team, including the Head of TA Europe, Head of People Germany and future country People HeadsHands-on support of mobilisations, integrations and new-market growth, backed by useful People data, governance and reporting Your Profile:Senior People leadership experience in a fast-moving, multi-site or multi-country businessProven experience in building or transforming HR structures and processes, not only managing established systemsAbility to move between strategy, executive-level advice and detailed hands-on implementationStrong commercial judgement and a clear understanding of operational realitiesExperience across European markets, ideally Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and/or FranceStrong capability in organisation design, change, talent, performance and employee experiencePragmatic, collaborative and low-ego working style, comfortable with ambiguity, pace and shifting market prioritiesFluent English; German or another relevant European language is a strong advantage Your Benefits:30 days of vacation for genuine time to rechargeFlexible working hours and remote workA day off on your birthdayCorporate Benefits with a range of attractive employee discounts
