Dynamics 365 F&O / ERP SpecialistSigma is a Swiss recruitment company supporting organizations in the recruitment of specialized IT and business professionals. For one of our Swiss clients, we are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / ERP Specialist to join an international environment and contribute to the development, optimization and support of its ERP landscape.The position can be performed remotely from Europe with approximately 3 days per month in Geneva, or alternatively on a hybrid basis from Madrid or Milan. Your responsibilitiesAs part of an international organization, you will act as a key interface between business teams and IT, ensuring that Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations supports operational and regulatory requirements. You will:• Maintain, configure and continuously improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical ERP solutions• Participate in ERP and business application implementation projects from requirements definition through testing and deployment• Analyze, design and optimize business processes across Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance• Support processes related to spare parts management, inventory, traceability and product lifecycle• Design and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and other business applications, including CRM systems• Work closely with Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain and other business stakeholders• Investigate ERP incidents, identify root causes and coordinate their resolution• Define and execute testing activities and support users during implementation and change phases• Identify opportunities to improve ERP usage through new functionalities, process improvements and system optimization• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, processes and procedures Your profile• Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations• Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is highly valued• Good understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics processes, ideally including spare parts management, inventory and traceability• Experience working with ERP processes involving Finance, Logistics and CRM• Previous exposure to a medical devices, pharmaceutical or similarly regulated environment is strongly preferred• Good understanding of compliance requirements and traceability within regulated supply chains• Ability to interact directly with business stakeholders, understand their requirements and translate them into ERP solutions• Comfortable working within an international and cross functional organization• Fluent English, minimum C1, as English is the primary working language• French B2 level is sufficient and mainly required for team interactions LocationThe role offers two possible working arrangements:Europe: remote based, with approximately 3 days per month onsite in GenevaOr Madrid or Milan: hybrid working model The position requires candidates to be based in Europe, hold an European Passport and able to travel regularly to Geneva when required.
