Electrical Lead – Buildings

We are currently looking for Electrical Lead within Buildings who wants to take on a key role in our projects and contribute to creating sustainable, intelligent, and future-proof buildings.

Locations: Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö, Skövde, Karlstad

Your Role

As an Electrical Lead, you will have overall responsibility for the electrical discipline across projects – from early concept stages through to final delivery. You will set direction, create structure, and ensure high quality throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:Leading and coordinating electrical design in building projectsTaking ownership of technical solutions, quality, and deliveries within the electrical disciplineActing as the primary point of contact for clients on all electrical-related mattersSupporting, mentoring, and developing colleagues within the teamContributing to tenders, cost estimates, and strategic decisionsCollaborating closely with other disciplines such as HVAC, structural engineering, and architecture

You are an experienced electrical or building services engineer who thrives in a leadership role and is motivated by driving structure, quality, and progress in projects.Several years of experience in electrical design within building projectsSolid knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and industry best practicesExperience in leading projects or technical disciplinesStrong communication skills and a commercial mindsetThe ability to build trust – both internally and with clientsFluency in both Swedish and English
