Electrical Supervisor

We are currently looking for experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our client's large-scale data centre construction projects in the Helsinki region.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installation works on site and ensuring that project activities are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with technical requirements, project schedules and quality standards.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical contractors on siteMonitor electrical installations to ensure all work is carried out in accordance with plans, technical specifications, regulations and industry standardsTrack site progress, identify deviations or potential risks and participate in planning and implementing corrective actionsInspect the quality of installations and participate in commissioning activities, testing, inspections and handover proceduresWork closely with project specialists, design engineers and construction teams throughout the project lifecycleEvaluate implementation alternatives and contribute to the selection of technical solutionsSupport schedule and cost control activities and report project progress to project managementMonitor compliance with health and safety requirements and promote safe working practices on siteMaintain up-to-date project documentation, inspection records and reporting

Relevant electrical engineering educational backgroundPrevious experience in electrical supervision, site management, or electrical construction projectsStrong understanding of electrical installations, site supervision, and commissioning activitiesKnowledge of contract management as well as cost, schedule, and quality controlGood communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholdersSystematic, proactive, and solution-oriented working approach with the ability to manage larger project entitiesFinnish language skillsWe follow pay transparency principles and the salary level and the criteria used to determine it will be communicated to candidates before the interview.
