Electrical Supervisor

Headquartered in Dublin, we deliver projects across Europe and have become the most trusted name in our sector.We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our project team in Espoo / Kirkkonummi, Finland. Only 20mins from Helsinki Airport. This is a site-based role responsible for overseeing electrical works, coordinating site activities, and ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme. Responsibilities: Liaise and coordinate site activities alongside other trades and subcontractorsPrepare and manage two-week look-ahead schedules in line with the project programmeAttend daily and weekly site meetingsManage labour resources to ensure alignment with programme requirementsMonitor subcontractor performance to ensure efficient delivery of worksMaintain high standards of quality and workmanship on siteEnsure all materials and plant delivered to site meet agreed specifications and are stored safelyVerify subcontractor plant and access equipment is certified and fit for useIdentify and notify project management of variations and delays

Relevant Electrical trade qualificationProven experience in a similar supervisory role within an M&E contracting environmentData centre experience is advantageousStrong organisational, communication, and time management skillsProficiency in MS Word and Excel
