About the Role Are you passionate about building the technology behind next-generation connected vehicles? We are looking for an Embedded Android (AOSP) Developer to join a highly skilled engineering team developing advanced infotainment solutions for the automotive industry. This role offers the opportunity to work at the core of Android Automotive, enabling vehicle functions that millions of drivers interact with every day. Responsibilities Develop software within the native layers of the Android Automotive (AOSP) platform.Design, develop and maintain the Vehicle Hardware Abstraction Layer (VHAL) and its integration with vehicle systems.Act as the link between vehicle hardware, the Android platform and application layers.Enable and support vehicle functions related to electrification and driving experience through the infotainment system.Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams and external technology partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, verification, validation and release activities.Contribute to technical strategy and architectural decisions.Drive innovation in solutions that impact large-scale automotive deployments globally. Qualifications B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.7+ years of experience in software development.Strong background in automotive embedded software development. Required Skills Hands-on experience with: Embedded Android (AOSP) ,C++ ,Java and/or Kotlin, Python & Shell ScriptingExperience working with Git and modern version control practices.Strong understanding of software architecture, integration and system-level development.

Preferred Skills Comfortable driving technical discussions and influencing decisions.Experience mentoring and supporting fellow developers.Strong ownership mindset with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.Passion for delivering high-quality, user-focused solutions.
