Key Responsibilities:Support sales teams on qualified opportunities by owning the technical engagement process from initial customer discussion through contract technical clarification.Engage directly with customer technical teams, consultants, EPCs, operators, and decision-makers to understand requirements, constraints, and evaluation criteria.Develop tailored solution concepts and architectures covering EV charging systems, power distribution interfaces, software, BESS integration, and energy management where relevant.Prepare technical proposals, solution descriptions, presentations, and tender responses that clearly explain customer value, technical feasibility, and differentiators.Conduct product and solution presentations, technical workshops, and demonstrations for customers and partners.Provide technical clarification during RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and commercial negotiations, including support on technical schedules and contract annexes.Coordinate internally with product, R&D, service, and project delivery teams to validate solution scope, technical risks, customization needs, and implementation assumptions.Support project handover to after-sales and delivery teams with complete documentation of customer requirements, agreed technical scope, and key project assumptions.Capture market feedback, competitor insights, recurring customer requirements, and successful solution patterns to strengthen the team knowledge base. What We Are Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.3 – 5 years of experience in solution engineering, technical pre-sales, application engineering, solution management, or a similar customer-facing technical role.Experience in EV charging, power electronics, distributed energy, BESS, renewable energy, or related energy infrastructure sectors.Good understanding of DC fast charging and/or AC charging systems, site-level electrical integration, and customer application scenarios such as fleet, depot, public charging, bus, or truck charging.Ability to translate customer needs into structured technical solutions and clear commercial narratives.Experience preparing technical proposals, tender responses, and customer presentations.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence in customer-facing technical discussions.Strong written and verbal Chinese Mandarin and English skills are essential; additional European languages are a plus.Willingness to travel across Europe as required. Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with relevant EV charging and energy standards or protocols such as OCPP, ISO 15118, CCS, load management, or grid-connection considerations.Experience working with EPCs, CPOs, fleets, public transport operators, utilities, or commercial and industrial customers.Exposure to integrating EV charging with BESS, solar PV, or energy management systems.Experience working in an international organization.
