Employer Branding Advisor

Do you enjoy building relationships and helping customers attract the right talent? Then you might be the Employer Branding Advisor we're looking for to support the continued growth of our Recruitment Marketing business. About the role As an Employer Branding Advisor, you will be an important part of our consultative sales organisation. Your main focus will be on developing relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and helping them strengthen their employer brand and attract the right candidates through Recruitment Marketing. This is a commercial and customer-focused role, where sales, relationships and initiative go hand in hand. You will have clear sales targets and responsibility for managing your own budget, while working closely with colleagues across Talentech to create value for our customers. You will also have the opportunity to influence how we develop our offering, ways of working and go-to-market approach as the business continues to grow. Your responsibilities

Identify opportunities for upselling and business growth within the existing customer base Advise and educate our ATS customers on Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing, and how to reach the right candidates Build strategies together with customers to strengthen their employer brand and ability to attract talent Bring ideas and insights that help us improve our products, processes and ways of working About you We are looking for the right person with the right potential, attitude and drive. Is sales-focused and motivated by achieving targets Is open, social and enjoys building strong customer relationships Takes initiative and is comfortable working independently Enjoys working in a changing environment and sees opportunities rather than obstacles Wants to contribute ideas and have an impact on both the business and your own role Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement, along with good English skills. Experience in sales, recruitment, employer branding, social media, digital marketing or HR-tech is a plus, but it is not a requirement.
