HSE Manager – Data Center Project Location: Helsinki – 17/4 Rotation available for UK candidates Salary: €100,000 - €120,000 + Accommodation & Transport & Benefits An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HSE Manager to join a leading civils contractor delivering a major package of works on a large-scale European data centre project. The HSE Manager will take the lead on Health & Safety across the works, managing a team of HSE Advisors and acting as the key HSE interface with the client. The key responsibilities of the HSE Manager will include: Leading HSE delivery across the projectManaging and supporting a team of HSE AdvisorsManaging the HSE relationship with the client and key stakeholdersOverseeing project HSE reporting and performanceWorking closely with the project leadership team and subcontractorsDriving high standards of safety culture and compliance across the works The HSE Manager will have: Proven experience operating in a HSE Manager / Lead position on major construction projectsStrong civils or major project experience essential Data centre experience would be highly advantageousPrevious experience managing HSE teamsStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing detailed HSE reporting and governanceAbility to work a 17/4 rotationMust have right to work in the EU or UK.
