Our client is renowned for delivering innovative ERP and digital transformation solutions to organisations across manufacturing, distribution, and enterprise sectors. Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Epicor Developer to join their high-performing team. The Role As an Epicor Developer, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored Epicor ERP solutions to a diverse, international client base. You will collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders to design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customise Epicor ERP (Kinetic / E10) systemsBuild and enhance BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, and UI customisationsDevelop integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIsSupport ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrationsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across client environmentsWork closely with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirementsMaintain best practices in coding, testing, and documentation Required Skills & Experience Proven experience working with Epicor ERP (E10 / Kinetic)Strong development skills in C#, .NET, and SQL ServerHands-on experience with Epicor tools such as BPM, BAQ, and REST servicesSolid understanding of ERP processes (manufacturing, supply chain, finance)Experience with system integrations and APIsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills, comfortable working in a global environment Desirable Skills Experience with Epicor Kinetic UI and cloud-based deploymentsKnowledge of Azure, DevOps, or CI/CD pipelinesPrevious consultancy or client-facing experienceExposure to additional ERP platforms What’s on Offer Opportunity to work with a globally recognised consultancyExposure to international projects and enterprise clientsFlexible working arrangementsCompetitive salary with performance-related bonusesOngoing professional development and certification supportA collaborative, forward-thinking environment Apply Now If you are an experienced Epicor Developer looking to take the next step in your career with a global consultancy, please get in touch with Chapman Tate Associates for a confidential discussion.
