Your roleIn this role, you will hold a key position on complex transformation projects, responsible for defining and designing ERP solutions in close collaboration with the client’s business, IT, and other stakeholders. You will ensure that the solution architecture is business-driven, scalable, and sustainable in the long term, aligned with the organization’s goals – from early-stage studies and design to implementation and maintenance. With your technical and business understanding, you will act as a strategic advisor and a bridge between technology and business requirements.Internally at Midagon, you will be part of a senior team with deep expertise in ERP, business development, and digital transformation. You will collaborate with project managers, enterprise architects, and other specialists in an environment characterized by knowledge sharing, quality, and long-term client relationships. Who we are looking forExtensive experience as a Solution Architect or Tech Lead within ERP, working closely with the businessExperience with multiple major ERP systems such as SAP, M3, IFS, or Microsoft DynamicsStrong understanding of the relationship between business processes and system architecture, with experience working with or close to enterprise architectureExperience working in large transformation programs or implementation projectsFluent in both Swedish and English To thrive with us, you need an analytical mindset, curiosity, and the ability to translate complex needs into robust solution designs.
