FIELD CLINICAL SPECIALIST – SOUTH EUROPE CARDIOLOGY MEDICAL DEVICES (EP/CRM)PERMANENT CONTRACT ASAP STARTSALARY UPON APPLICATION What to be part of a European Clinical team, for a newly CE marked Cardiology Medical Device? Do you enjoy travel and live close to an international airport? Then read on! You report to a Clinical Manager for Europe, work side by side with Territory Managers and fellow Clinical Specialists. You receive full product, imaging and sales process training, a dedicated clinical education team, and the tools needed travel. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Deliver on site technical support for scheduled cases in your territory.Train physicians, fellows and cath lab staff on product technique, imaging and troubleshooting so that new users independently complete cases. Resolve intra procedural issues in real time, reducing average case time and increasing physician confidence scores measured in post case surveys.Capture and share clinical insights, competitive intelligence and customer feedback monthly so marketing and R&D can refine messaging and next generation designs.Maintain 100% vendor credentialing compliance and complete all required product and compliance training within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 3+ years in cardiovascular clinical support.Proven ability to influence diverse physician personalities and to teach complex device techniques in high stakes’ cath lab settings.Willingness and ability to travel in excess of 50% and to satisfy all hospital vendor credentialing requirements.
