You'll play a key role in delivering great experiences for our customers and partners while helping to drive the growth of Jaguar Land Rover's Finance & Insurance business across Finland.

Our **F&I team** is seeking an **F&I Coordinator** to join our team in Finland. In this position, you will support the execution of the F&I strategy by working closely with retailers, finance and insurance partners, and internal stakeholders to improve commercial performance, customer retention, and profitability.

**What you'll do**

**Finance & Insurance Strategy & Performance**

  • Support the execution of JLR Finland's F&I strategy and turn commercial priorities into actions across the retailer network
  • Monitor F&I KPIs, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities to increase sales, profitability, and customer retention.
  • Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear actions and recommendations for business improvement.

**Retailer & Partner Management**

  • Build strong working relationships with retailers, finance and insurance partners to support F&I performance across the network.
  • Work directly with retailers to review results, identify conversion gaps and improve finance and insurance sales at dealer and individual transaction level.
  • Coordinate finance retention activities, including upcoming contract maturities, renewal opportunities and follow-up with retailers and finance partners.

**Product, Process & Programme Implementation**

  • Coordinate the implementation of F&I products, campaigns, tools, and processes across the dealer network.
  • Drive the adoption and support continuous development of digital F&I solutions, reporting tools, and customer lifecycle initiatives.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Network Development, and Retail teams to deliver shared business objectives.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • Experience in automotive, financial services, banking, leasing, insurance, or B2B sales.
  • A strong commercial mindset and analytical approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into business actions.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English.
  • Experience within automotive finance, leasing, insurance products, or dealer networks is considered an advantage.

In this role, success means delivering measurable improvements in finance and insurance performance across the retailer network. You'll help increase financed vehicle volumes, customer renewals, and F&I profitability, while ensuring retailers, finance partners, and insurance providers work together effectively to achieve shared commercial objectives.
