Financial Controller

Assignment descriptionAbout the role:While the recruitment process is ongoing, we need to bring in a temporary resource in the role of Financial Controller.In the role of Financial Controller, you are part of TPL's central finance team that supports the business to achieve set goals through efficient financial processes. You report to TPL's Accounting Manager and are an active part of the team that supports the business in our Regions. In your daily work, you have a close dialogue with the logistics units in the operational business that you support.Your main tasks include:· Perform operational finance work within core processes such as customer invoicing (“order to cash”), supplier invoices (“purchase to pay”) and financial statements (“record to report”).· Support operations with monthly reporting, statistics and analysis of financial data within the area of responsibility as well as support in budget and forecasting work.· Ensure that clients overall policies and financial procedures are followed.As a person, you are meticulous, analytical and find it easy to get involved in and learn new systems. Your working method is inclusive, structured and responsible. You need to be stress-resistant and able to handle a high workload and prioritize tasks independently. You are driven by delivering results and being challenged in your work. For the role, it is of utmost importance that you are good at collaborating and creating trusting relationships at different levels in an organization.RequirementsMust have:Approximately 5 years of work experience as a financial administrator or controller in logisticsGood ability to communicate in writing and orally in English and SwedishSystem knowledge of SAP or other ERP, Microsoft Excel and the Office package.Nice to have:An academic degree from a college or university in Economics is an advantage.System knowledge from Business Intelligence tools such as Qlikview, Microsoft PowerBI or SAP Analytics Cloud is an advantageIndividual qualities:Self-propelledCommunicativeSolution-oriented
