Underwriting Service Specialist Multinational – Received Business

Our customers are primarily international, large industrial organizations with subsidiaries across the globe. As an Underwriting Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing local insurance policies for the Nordic subsidiaries of Zurich’s multinational clients across Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. We are currently seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and ambitious person to join our Nordic Underwriting Services Received Team in Helsinki as a Service Specialist. In this role, you will work in a dynamic international environment, collaborating with colleagues and customers across multiple countries to deliver high-quality service and support.

As a person, you demonstrate strategic thinking and are accurate in your work. You have a problem-solving mindset, are communicative, and show multitasking capabilities. You understand concepts and instructions quickly and are comfortable making your own decisions within your own sphere of work but understand when to seek advice. You like to work in a team were helping and supporting each other is an essential part of the success. You have an international mindset and like to work in an international environment.

Implementation and administration of multinational received policies within expected quality and timeline requirementsManaging and following up on cash collectionAct as the local contact person for local customers and brokers in respect of services provided by the worldwide Zurich network.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) Experience within the international insurance market is a plusSolid verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish

Ability to work in multiple systems comfortably, working with both speed and accuracyAbility to handle multiple priorities and changeInterest in continuous improvement of routines and processes
